Stapleton Affordable Housing Adds Great New Product Line.
Yesterday NorthEast Denver Housing had a ground breaking for Stapleton latest Affordable Housing Town Home product. Priced between $160.000 and $226,000 it is a different product than ever offered in Stapleton. Town homes that are a little bigger than anything we have ever offered with some floor plans that offer main floor master. It is a product that will live more like a single family home than ever before.
The mayor spoke as well as critical members of the development team. The mayor and the others spoke at length about the commitment of the City of Denver and Forest City to continue to create attainable housing for homeowners in Stapleton. 10% of Stapleton is planned to be considered affordable according to the Stapleton Development plan, "The Green Book". Currently at just under 5% this new affordable town home is the first to be added in several years, reflecting the renewed efforts to improve the program.
